How do I order flowers?
Right here! Please head to the shop on our website.
Can I call in to your studio and see what you have in store before I place my order?
We are an online retailer only, so our studio isn’t open to the public. Please check our social media for updates on what we have in store that day! We can also accommodate studio collection if you would rather not pay for delivery. Please just select studio collection at check out.
When should I place my order?
For same-day delivery, please place your order before 12pm, Monday - Friday.
We would encourage you to pop your order in as early as possible, as we always appreciate being able to order flowers from growers in advance.
What delivery information should I include?
The more information you can provide about the delivery the better! Residential Address: Please keep in mind, our couriers need to be able to access the front door.
Apartment buildings can difficult. Prior to sending, please consider where we can safely leave your flowers if nobody is home.
Hospital Address: As much information as possible would be great! The name of the ward, level, bed number, etc, is ideal.
Business Address: Please provide the name of the business and if the flowers will need to be delivered to a concierge.
What time will my flowers be delivered?
Flowers leave our Fitzroy North studio at approximately 1:30pm and our couriers deliver up until 6pm. Please get in touch beforehand if you need your flowers delivered at a specific time.
How will I know when my flowers have been delivered?
You will receive a text message upon delivery.
What happens if nobody is home?
Our couriers will leave your Beautiful Bunch in a safe place at the front door. As long as there is somewhere safe and shaded to leave, your flowers will stay fresh and hydrated for 4 hours.
Please be mindful that apartment buildings can be tricky for our drivers, if there is somewhere in particular you would like the flowers left, just let us know via the “order notes” section at the checkout.

Can I request a refund?
If you change your mind about your flower purchase the day prior, we are happy to refund your purchase. However, we cannot refund orders for change of mind once your floral arrangement has been made.
Please double-check that the delivery details you entered are correct as we cannot refund orders if you have provided incorrect delivery details.
